Dear Parents/Guardians, 

This is to inform you that the Nursery Admission Form for the academic session 2027–2028 will be available online from 22nd to 24th October 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m.

1. How to Access the Form:

• Visit the school website: www.dbslichubari.in
• The admission form link will also be shared in the official school WhatsApp groups.
• Parents are requested to use Google Chrome to download and fill in the form.
• After filling in the form, please print it and submit the completed form along with the required documents to the school office.
• The admission form fee must be paid in cash or through UPI at the school front office. Per Form  Rs. 400/-

Note: No physical admission forms will be distributed by the school.

2. Form Submission Dates:

• 26th, 27th and 28th October 2026
• Submission Time: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Venue: School Office

3. Interaction With Candidates:

The dates and schedule for interaction with the candidates will be communicated by the school office.

4. Documents Required:

1. Birth certificate issued by a hospital or government authority. The child must be between 3½ and 4½ years of age as of 31st March 2027.
2. An attested photocopy of the birth certificate.
3. Caste/Tribe certificate, if applicable.
4. Two recent passport-size photographs of the child.
5. One family photograph of the child.

Parents/Guardians are requested to follow the instructions carefully and submit the completed application form with all the required documents within the stipulated dates.
