Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the Nursery Admission Form for the academic session 2026–2027 will be available online on 28th October to 31st Oct, 2025 (at 8:00 AM)
You may download the form from the school website: www.dbslichubari.in.
The form submission link will also be shared in the official school WhatsApp groups. Please use Google Chrome to access and fill the form. After making the required payment and completing all details, download and print the filled form.
The printed copy of the completed form must be submitted at the school office on 1st or 3rd November 2025 between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Note: No physical forms will be issued by the school.

- Attested copy of the birth certificate

- Two recent passport-size photos of the candidate
- One family photo of the candidate
